Sepulveda Commercial Development, a commercial construction contractor located in Norco, California, wanted to update their website as well as add a content managment system to streamline plan access for subcontractors. Their current site was extremely outdated, lacked corporate contact information, and had broken links. Their contact form, the staple of most websites, displayed an Apache server error when selected. "One of my pet peeves is no contact information, and that has always bugged me. Also, I want to have an area on the site where subcontractors can download common forms so that we don't have to continually email them," said India Sepulveda, of Sepulveda Commercial Development, Inc.

Sepulveda Commercial Development decided to go with 2010 enterprises for their complete website design, plan room content managment system, and online document managment. Additionally, 2010 enterprises was contracted to provide all the images, photos and editing, for their project gallery. 2010 enterprises sent a photographer on-site to all 25 project locations to document the achievements of Sepulveda Commercial Development.
